Windows 10 is around the corner of its initial launch. It’s always important to do daily updates to your business devices and keep up with the latest technology as everything else around us continues to update in a daily basis. Windows 10 is scheduled to be released by September, and will be offered for free to those who currently have Windows 7 or 8 on their devices. It has also been clarified that Windows 10 will not come with any annual fees or come as a service, all OS will receive updates like previous versions.
This new operating system will feature a more classic view of what we saw in Windows 7, with the Start menu being placed on the left-hand side of the Taskbar where you can add your favorite apps for easy and quick access. A feature that will allow the user to create its own shortcuts without having to go back and search for that particular program every single time it’s needed.
As Windows 10 comes out, a new web browser will also come along with it and possibly replacing Internet Explore for good in the near time future. Microsoft will be applying web browser “Spartan” as their main way of search and navigating the web. So far the best feature noticed from Spartan is its Reading Mode availability. This mode offers the reader to read an article without having any background imagery or adds popping up around the page, simply just the article.
One important feature that Microsoft has focused on their new OS has been responsive page view. No matter what device is being used from smart phones, tablets, laptops, or desktops all will have desktop-friendly. This was an important task for Microsoft as a larger portion of Internet users are navigating the net using mobile devices more often than traditional desktops.
With the new Windows 10, synchronization will not be a problem. Users will now be allowed to be able to sync between their devices. Any mobile device being used and synced with a Windows 10 desktop will reflect on any tasks or notifications given from a mobile device.
Overall, Microsoft is releasing Windows 10 with a much cleaner and user-friendly operating system. Some features will seem familiar from Windows 7 making it easier to navigate and create shortcuts. With its new mobile-friendly responsive view, many will be able to navigate easier from their mobile devises.
